Alicia Wong

Dr. Alicia Wong

Alicia Wong serves as the Women's Ministry Specialist at Lifeway. She has also served as a missionary with IMB and NAMB and has been teaching in seminaries, local churches, and on the mission field regarding topics related to Ministry to Women, Counseling, and Missions for over 25 years. She also serves as the Associate Professor of Women’s Ministry at Gateway Seminary in Ontario, CA. She holds an M.A. in Intercultural Studies and Christian Counseling, M.Div. and a Doctorate in Education. Her passion is to see women be firmly rooted in biblical truth, built up in Christ, and established in their faith in order that they may share the good news with others to the ends of the earth.

Ashley Chesnut

Ashley Chesnut

Ashley serves as the Associate Young Adult Minister at The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Alabama, and she’s the author of It's Not Just You: Freeing Women to Talk about Sexual Sin and Fight It Well. She has a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School, a Certificate of Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation at Denver Seminary. An avid coffee drinker and foodie, you'll typically find Ashley with a latte in hand or enjoying Birmingham's local food scene.

Faith Grosshans

Faith Grosshans

Faith is the Girls' Minister at Woodridge Baptist Church in Kingwood, Texas and a Deeply Rooted Trainer with Lifeway Women. Faith felt a strong call to ministry after experiencing the historic 7.0 earthquake in Haiti in 2010. She has since dedicated her life to championing God's people to surrender everything they have to Him. She is passionate about teaching the living, breathing, and active Word of God through its original cultural lens. Faith is a teacher, writer, and permanent learner. She graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Theological Studies and a Certificate in Biblical Counseling. When she isn't hanging out with her little sisters (students), you can find her doting on her nieces and nephews, planning camp (big camp girl), or searching for the best lavender latte in town. Serving the church has been the greatest honor of her life.

Amanda Sweat

Amanda Sweat

Amanda serves as the Girls Ministry Director at First Baptist in Sevierville, TN. In her role, she serves alongside the Student Minister to teach, equip, and encourage the next generation. Amanda’s passion is to see young people wholeheartedly pursue Jesus and live in a way that leaves a lasting impact on the world. She believes this generation of teens has the potential to spark revival in our country as they boldly live out their faith.
